Ronald Youmans

Ronald Youmans, brass and woodwinds instructor, is a native Floridian who graduated from Manatee Junior College in Bradenton before receiving his Bachelor of Music Education from George Peabody College for Teachers in Nashville, TN.

He taught middle and high school bands in Brevard County for 24 years. As a life member of the Florida Bandmasters Association, Ronald has served as District Chairman, Chairman of the Florida All State Bands, and as an active clinician and adjudicator.

Ronald teaches privately in Brevard County as well as with the Academy. He also performs as a trombonist in a brass quintet and a brass quartet.
