Joanne Knott

Joanne Knott has had a lifelong love of music and teaching.  In high school she participated in several competitions and won an award with the National Piano Players Association.  Throughout her college career she was the accompanist for different choirs, instrumentalists and soloists, and performed for several theater productions as well.  While receiving her BA and teaching credentials at San Diego State University she started up her own piano teaching business with a clientele of 45 piano students and was a member of the Music Teachers Association of California.  She also spent four years as accompanist to a professional violinist in San Diego with whom she recorded a CD.  She is currently the accompanist for the Vero Beach Choral Society as well as organist for her church.  Joanne resides in FL with her husband and keeps herself busy as a full-time parent of an active 3 year old and 5 year old.
